Background Information

My first comic/manga type thing was the webcomic GothBoy, which started appearing in May 2005. It was a threepanel gagcomic about a goth and his friends. As time went on, elements of the supernatural started to appear in the comic, and it became more plot-driven. It ran on and off for a while, and I still occasionally do things for it.

In September 2004 I started my current series Amaranth, about a haunted young woman who finds out she's doesn't really belong in this world. 5 issues have come out to date, with three more planned for 2007.

I also have some shorter comics, Free Z (July 2005) is kind of a poem with illustrations about a place that treats teenagers for being gay like it's a disease, something that made me very angry, so I made a comic about it.

Hero/Villain (June 2006) is a comedy short gay romance comic that makes fun of fantasy stereotypes. White Saints' Day was my entry for RSOM, it's about a tragic romance, and should appear next year or so.

As for how I got involved, I don't really know. I just started drawing a webcomic because it was something all the cool kids were doing, and I found I really enjoyed it. That's all there is to it, I'm afraid. :)
