AshCom is half an ashcan, half a comic. That means you get some short stories, and one pagers, with a few doodles and maybe some creative insights thrown in for good measure.

This ashcom was produced by Foxy, a man of science rather than art. Making comics is one of his hobbies. Ashcoms are not great examples of sequential art, they are perhaps not as engaging or interesting in the same way as a full comic is. What they are, is a collection of ideas, and thoughts, an insight into the artists mind, which could be interesting in itself. The construction of the book is fairly simple photocopied pages and a coloured paper cover.

This example is only 16 pages long including the covers, and the longest of these short stories, only 3 pages long. But for the sake of only 50 pence who cares, its worth a look and if you hate the thing then you cant say you lost anything can you?
