Introduction A rhino and a tapir stuck together in a zoo bored out of their wits babbling on for hours on end can be quite amusing. It reminds me of Red Dwarf and the banter between various household appliances."Given that the universe is infinite, and given that god is also infinite, would you like any toast?" Yep this story is oh so Holy and the toaster. The rhino is the clever one; the tapir whilst also reasonably clever gets the role of the toaster in this. Rhino wants to talk quantum physics, and tapir is always out for a laugh to pass the time. It's an amusing and whimsical story, with some good gags.
Art & Design The art is basic, the frame layouts are basic, and the scenes almost never change from frame to frame, apart from the odd facial expression and the occasional bird or zoo keeper or transition from day to night. This is not a comic to be viewed as such but rather read. The pictures are just there to accompany the dialogue.Despite the basic art, the two characters look cute and are likable enough. The emotions of the characters' come through easily enough. Overall the comic achieves its mandate to make you smile, but does it mainly through the dialogue rather than the artwork.
